Public Notice of Microchipping Pets
As of November 1, 2016, all cats and dogs must be registered with the city Animal Shelter. You may find the registration form online on our city website, come by the shelter and fill one out or email, fax or mail it to the shelter. One must be filled out per animal. The shelter is doing microchipping for the public by appointments only, Tuesday-Thursday, 10-2 or Saturdays 10-12, for $20. You can call 479-770-0166 to make your appointment. A clinic will also be opened on October 15, 2016 from 12 to 2 with no appointment necessary. If you have any questions, call the shelter at 479-770-0166.Lowell Microchip Registration Form
