Inclement Weather Welfare Check

The City of Lowell is developing a system where senior citizens and disabled persons can enter their name, address, phone number and any special concerns or points for Lowell Public Safety during Inclement Weather. For example, you use Oxygen, or you are elderly and live alone. Well, we are looking to expand on our community service. If you enter your information, Lowell Public Safety will prioritize these entries and someone will check on you!
