Current Requests for Bids

The City of Lowell will be accepting bids for approximately 27,000 sq yds of Micro-Surfacing with surface preparation. Bids will be accepted until 2:00pm, March 1, 2013 when bids will be opened. Bids may be mailed or dropped off at the City of Lowell, 216 N. Lincoln Street, Lowell, AR 72745. The City of Lowell maintains the right to reject any and all bids, and to modify specific projects due to budget constraints.
