Lowell, Arkansas is a progressive community considered to be the hub of Northwest Arkansas. We are a small town with the convenience of a large metropolitan area. There are over 7,000 people that live in Lowell. Residents of Lowell enjoy living in a quiet community that's an easy commute to anywhere in Northwest Arkansas. Lowell hosts the World Headquarters of JB Hunt Transport, Arvest Bank Operations and Transplace to name a few.

Lowell has more than 1,500 acres of land that is available for developing. We offer a developer-friendly atmosphere and a streamlined process that makes building in Lowell a joy. We have seen a 25% increase in the number of businesses in Lowell over the past three years. This will continue to increase as people find out how nice it is to do business in Lowell.

Lowell is in the middle of Northwest Arkansas. We are three miles from the Pinnacle Hills Promenade, a million square foot shopping area, and 4.5 miles from the Scottsdale Center, another shopping area with more than 15 national brand names.

Lowell's average homeowner is 30 years old and the average household income is $56,000, the highest of any city in Northwest Arkansas!
