Adoption Application Procedure

You will need to fill out an adoption application and email , fax or drop it off at the Lowell Animal Shelter. Once your application is recieved, it will be reviewed by our Animal Welfare Officer and you will notified within 24 hrs whether you have been approved or not. Once you are approved, you will need to pay the adoption fee of $65 for dogs and $55 for cats. This fee covers all of their updated shots and having them spayed or neutered. The shelter will make the vet appointment and take your new pet to the vet for you. Once everything is completed, the animal of your choice is yours.
