Outdoor (Controlled) Burning
You must report each day you are
going to burn. Notify the County
before burning by calling (479)
273-5530 or toll-free at (866)
207-5140. Only the burning of yard
waste and agricultural clearing
operations are permitted. You must
stay with the fire until it is out.
If you encounter any problems during
the burn, please call 911.
You cannot burn household trash,
tires, chemicals, construction,
demolition or salvage waste, wood or
lumber (treated or untreated).
The open burning of anything not
specifically exempted is considered
a violation of state
law.
