Garage Sale Permits
Garage Sale Permits are required within the City limits of Lowell. Permits are available at Lowell City Hall, 216 N. Lincoln Street between 8:00am–4:30pm. Cost for 3 day permit is $5.00.

If you are unable to hold the garage sale due to rain, the City of Lowell does have a rainout policy that will allow you to reschedule your garage sale (within 30 days of the original sale date) at no charge. You will need to bring your permit and receipt in at the time you reschedule.

Trash Service-Waste Management
479-361-4200. Rolls of Trash and Lawn Bags can be purchased at Lowell City Hall for $57 per roll of 30.
