Fines vary depending on the offense. A fine may be paid anytime by the Friday before the scheduled court date unless the citation is for a must-appear offense.
After-hours payments can be dropped off in the drop box access located inside the Lowell Police Department Dispatch/Court lobby. If you would like a receipt, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope with payment. This also applies to mailed payments.
